Organization -  Create 5 lines on the end line. The two outside lines and the middle line are on offense, the two inside lines play defense. The coach with plenty of balls sets up near the center line.

Game - On the coaches whistle, The first player in each line sprints to the center line. The middle offensive player picks up a ground ball left by the coach and play 3v2 after reversing direction. After a goal or if the defense steals the ball, play is dead, and the players go to the end of a different line.
